There are many medical and scientific studies that show that Tai Chi reduces stress promotes health and fitness and slows down the aging process. Consistant practice allows a returning to harmony by re-balancing the body and mind which improves co-ordination and mental functioning.
There are many two-person exercises that can be used to increase interpersonal sensitivity, co-ordination and rapport. The Tai Chi slow hand form is great for team building as are the many Tai Chi Kung Fu and Qi Gong Yoga exercises.
I have also worked one to one with individuals and executives who are recovering form self esteem stress or addiction problems.
